Lakeview Financial Services began as a venture in 2024 to find, acquire, and operate a small business in Chicago. After a deliberate search, the business we found was a tax preparation firm started by Alan Sanchez, CPA P.C. in 1988. While he still works at the firm, Alan sold his practice in 2022 and it operated under the name FS Tax LLC for several years. To better reflect the encompassing services we offer and our commitment to the local neighborhood, new ownership rebranded again in 2025 to Lakeview Financial Services LLC. As we begin a new chapter for this business, we hope that we can build upon the foundational roots that were planted by our founder to establish a trusted brand in the Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago.
